2022 is shaping up to be a forgettable year for the San Diego Stunnas.

Thanks in large part to designated hitter Gene Foster, the Las Vegas River Cats beat the San Diego Stunnas, 5-0. Foster was 3-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Jim Toms picked up the win with 6 innings of work. He allowed no runs on 1 hit, while walking 3 and striking out 6. On the season, he is now 10-7.
