The Huntington Beach Hecklers took New Orleans pitcher Brandon Osborne's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Islanders Field. The final score had Huntington Beach getting past the Honu, 2-1. Osborne went 6 innings and allowed no runs, striking out 5. New Orleans has now lost 5 straight.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Huntington Beach. That's when Mario Guevara hit a 2-run double off fan favorite Damon Thomas to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"I was a little disappointed," said New Orleans manager . "We could've and should've scored more runs."
