Season Ends for Dennis Blomquist of Eugene Tuesday, August 26th , 2042 Playoff hopes of Buckers player Dennis Blomquist have been dealt a blow today after tests revealed the reliever suffered a torn rotator cuff throwing a pitch in today's game against Fort Worth Cowboys. Blomquist is expected to miss up to 4 months, effectively ruling him out of the playoffs. To date this year, Blomquist has fashioned a 4.29 ERA over 21 innings with a 0-3 record.
